Our pretzel bites are made from scratch using the same soft, chewy pretzel dough as our traditional soft pretzels. Each bite is baked fresh, finished with butter, and seasoned according to your choice.
They are the perfect size for snacking, serving at gatherings, packing in lunches, or enjoying as a family treat.
Ingredients
Organic unbleached flour, water, milk, butter, sugar, yeast, salt, and baking soda. (Optional cinnamon.)
Flavor Options
- Sea Salt: Classic soft pretzel flavor finished with melted butter and sea salt.
- Cinnamon Sugar: A sweet treat finished with melted butter and tossed in cinnamon sugar.
- Plain: Finished with butter only. Recommended if you plan to freeze your pretzels bites and add toppings after reheating.
Storage & Reheating
Pretzel bites are best enjoyed fresh the day they are received. Store any leftovers in an airtight container or sealed bag at room temperature for up to 2 days. To enjoy later, freeze pretzels in a freezer-safe bag or container. To reheat from frozen, lightly brush or mist the frozen pretzel with water, add coarse sea salt if desired, and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 3-8 minutes until warm and crackly. Alternatively, heat in an air fryer at 300°F for 3-5 minutes. (Avoid microwaving if possible, as it can make pretzels too chewy.)
